Simply clip, wash and spin or pat dry as you need them.

Compost the roots and either recycle the container or give back to us when we deliver more. We'll sanitize and reuse them as long as we can.

All Sprout jars & lids are boiled 5 minutes before each sprouting session. Sprouting takes 3-7 days The last 2 days are spent under lights. Sprouts are rinsed 3 times a day. When you get them home you can either pull them out and eat in one meal or continue to rinse 3 times a day in sunlight or keep in jar in the fridge for up to 5 days after the last day of rinsing. Please let us know when you're done with your jars and we'll pick them up or pass them back to us on your next order.
